All that culture could have generated a thirst on any Krakow stag. Well good news, you’ll find hundreds of bars in cellars and courtyards stretching from the old town to Kazimierz and it’s so easy to get around this compact city centre on foot. They say that if people are drinking the barman is still pouring – what a sound principle.

Expect to pay 5 Polish Zloty for a large beer, when you receive 5.69 for each of your British pounds that sounds pretty cheap. Of course the Poles specialise in Vodka – so take advantage of being a Pole for the weekend. A dazzling array of frozen, Fused and Premier vodkas sourced from across the globe. Food is safe whilst being tasty, so be adventurous and order the regional dishes of pierogi, barszcz czerwony, oscypki and zurek – if you can say it surely you can eat it.
